Why Choose Rx Training?

Train. Track. Improve.

Train with confidence knowing your workouts are backed by both medical and exercise science.

Rx Training is one of the few training programs with programming overseen by a physician. Overseen by Dr. Charlie Seltzer, a board-certified physician, obesity medicine specialist, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Every workout is built using evidence-based strength and conditioning principles designed to help you get stronger, move better, improve your health, and achieve lasting results.

This isn't random fitness. It's purposeful programming with measurable progress.

Progress You Can See

At Rx Training, we don't guess if you're getting stronger…we measure it.

Our programming is designed in monthly training cycles, with each month building toward a dedicated Test Week during the final week. During Test Week, you'll repeat key lifts and movements to see exactly how far you've come.

If you choose to participate, your results are displayed on our Progress Board, where you can track your improvements over time. Whether it's lifting more weight, completing more reps, or improving your performance, you'll have real proof that your hard work is paying off.

Because seeing progress is one of the biggest motivators to keep going.

A Supportive Community

Fitness can be intimidating. RX Training is a welcoming environment where people encourage one another, celebrate milestones together, and make showing up something you genuinely look forward to.

“RX training is a great gym! I worked with Calvin and he was fantastic. He asked about my goals, provided a clear explanation of the workout that day, queued for proper form and technique, modified anything as needed, and consistently checked in and was always happy to offer up a challenge. Calvin's knowledge of personal training and body mechanics exceeded what I'm used to getting out of coaching and functional training in the past. I appreciate the effort that Calvin put in to client education and injury prevention. I would definitely recommend anyone add this to their gym bucket list. High quality space, professional, fun, and motiving.”
