Led by Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Brandon Tyler and seasoned training pro with over two decades of experience, Sergent Nate Griffin the Foundational Strength Training class focuses on kettlebell, dumbbell, barbell, cable and bodyweight movements that target all major muscle groups, promoting muscle gain and fat loss, overall strength, endurance, and functional fitness.
